Return Policy for Joytopix

At Joytopix, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Custom-designed or engraved items, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify us of your return by emailing joytopix@joytopix.com or calling 920-648-3636. Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide return instructions. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your receipt and the RA#.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing joytopix@joytopix.com or calling 920-648-3636.
  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
