3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@joytopix.com.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Check your card details and available balance

  • Try a different payment method

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or local taxes upon delivery.
