- All items are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date; however, there may be rare instances when a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed.
- In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a replacement, backorder, or refund.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept multiple payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
- Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Joytopix is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
- Custom orders or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

Warranty
- Joytopix offers warranties on select products, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty details are provided with the product or upon request.
