1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is not a sale or final clearance item

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@joytopix.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or tags
